Q: How Long Is Each Game Of Laser Tag?
Answer: One game will take approx 15-20 minutes, which includes a safety briefing and gearing up & down.
Q: What Is The Minimum Age To Play Laser Tag?
Answer: We strongly recommend a minimum age of 5 years old due to visibility and multi-levels. However, parents can accompany younger children if both are wearing vests.
Q: Can I watch the game from inside the arena?
Answer: NO. Unfortunately, for safety reasons we do NOT have an observation area inside the arena. Everyone inside the laser tag arena MUST be wearing a vest for visibility reasons. We do display each game live on our lobby large screen. Most parents come into the game and play with their child. If you are unsure, we can arrange a tour for you!
Q: Can we just come in and play on any day?
Answer: Yes. Check our business hours and come on in. Even if our birthday parties are completely booked, we still have a game every 20 minutes available for the public. The games are first-come, first-served, and we can fit up to 16 players in each game.
Q: How do you win or score points in laser tag?
Answer: You simply tag players on the opposing team for points. The team with the most points wins. Be careful not to tag your teammates. Each time you tag a teammate, points are subtracted from your score.
Q: Do I need to buy tokens or bring change for video games?
Answer: Speed of Light Laser Tag offers a large selection of arcade games while you are waiting for your next mission to be called.
Q: If I get tagged by a laser am I out of the game?
Answer: No. If you are tagged, your vest shakes and your phazer is deactivated for only 6 seconds. After the short deactivation time, you’re back in the action. This means you will be playing the entire match.

Q: Is laser tag safe?
Answer: Laser tag is an indoor physical activity. While it is supervised at all times, and we make every effort to ensure strict adherence to all of our rules, and prohibit running, we cannot assume any responsibility for any injuries that may occur. Our lasers are Class I laser products, and have not been directly linked with adverse health effects. We also employ the use of commercial Haze, which is composed of food-grade mineral oil. If you are asthmatic, epileptic, have a heart condition, are currently pregnant, or if you suffer from any other health condition, you are personally responsible for deciding whether or not playing a moderately physical activity will be detrimental to your condition. We cannot under any circumstance give medical advice as to whether or not laser tag will pose a risk given your individual health record.

Answer: We do require at least some clothing! We also highly recommend that you do not wear open-toed shoes. Under no circumstances can anyone play laser tag barefoot. Remember that the arena is blacklit, so white or bright-colored clothing will glow, and darker clothes will help you stay out of enemy sight!
